Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S.

Will you ship to a P.O. Box?
Ring lights CAN NOT be delivered to a P.O. Box. 

Is shipping refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When will my package arrive?
The average shipping time is 10-14 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

We will notify you when your product ships or if we foresee any issues fulfilling your order.

What do I do if my package says delivered but I can't find it?
Within 48 hours of expected delivery please do the following:
-Verify the shipping address
-Look for a notice of attempted delivery
-Look around the delivery location for your package
-See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so
-Check with your neighbors to see if they received a package by mistake
-Verify you're following the correct tracking number- some packages travel through multiple carriers
-Wait 48 hours - in some cases packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival
-After 48 hours, first contact the carrier as sometimes they hide shipments to prevent theft
-If you live in a housing complex, check that it was not left at the main office
-If after checking all of the above, you may be eligible for a replacement product by contacting customerservice@dixiecharliringlights.com for consideration.

After 14 days of delivery notice, you can no longer file a missing package claim.

 

Returns

Can I return my order?
Due to limited available quantities, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damage, you must contact customer service within 14 days of receipt. Please include photos of the issue and include a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

Can I exchange my order?
We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you notice an error with your order, please contact us immediately after it is placed. Still, we cannot guarantee any modifications to your order.
